The challenge with SelectHealth was always how to talk to Medicare individuals about switching their health insurance and to tout their award-winning customer service. Magic was struck when during a focus group, Larry showed up. He loves the customer service at SelectHealth and had quite the personality, making him the perfect spokesperson for our campaign.
